I started painting miniatures almost 20 years ago when my dad gave me some paints and a box of old Ral Partha figures he found at a garage sale. From there I got into Warhammer. I remember painting a lot of high elves, orcs, and 40K chaos. I painted off and on for a quite awhile, but in 2010 I got back into the hobby and started to work on my painting skills. I also started to paint larger scale historical figures. These days I paint a little bit of everything, although I'd say historical figures are my most common project. I prefer to work in 1/35 scale (54mm), though I paint 28mm, 75mm, and 90mm figures as well.
I paint mostly for my own enjoyment, but I do take on the occasional commission piece.
